Tour Programs: The product and itineraries on this web-site are a sample of what Cape Cod Custom Tours produces for our clients. If you have a specific arrival date, we will be happy to check availability and price the tour. All inclusions are subject to the confirmation of availability. We will assist you in designing the tour, based on your requests and our experience.

Deposits / Rooming List: Once a tour has been selected, an arrival date and price established, an email will be sent to you with the itinerary and package inclusions page. On most Cape Cod programs, a deposit is not required.  Communication between client, receptive operator & our suppliers is vital.   The rooming list is due in our office at least 35 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival of the rooming list, we will email you an invoice for the balance due at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. The New England and Maritime Canada tours have specific deposit requirements, depending on number of nights in the tour, and will be sent to you with the proposal.

Standard Complimentary Policy: One person (single occupancy*) will be complimented with 18 rooms used. We understand the importance of “a comp” with a smaller than expected group and will do our best to be creative in working with you. *Some tour programs may have a different policy. Please review your Package Inclusions/Deposit & Payment Schedule of your specific proposal.

Standard Driver Rate: We are pleased to offer our clients a special driver rate of 50% off the single package rate. Your driver is a great sales person for our area and we look forward to having him or her in our touring area.

Rates: All programs are priced based upon your requests concerning level of accommodations, arrival dates and specific inclusions. All rates are net, non-commissionable.

Included Gratuities: Gratuities for included meals are priced in our programs.

Not Included Gratuities: Gratuities for local guides, island drivers, motorcoach drivers, maids (unless listed as an inclusion) are not in the tour pricing. Customary gratuities can be extended on a voluntary, individual basis. A suggested local guide gratuity would be $3.00 – $4.00 per person, per day.

Standard Group Cancellation: Any deposits (other than specified non-refundable deposits) paid per tour would be fully refundable if we receive written notice of the group cancellation at least 35 days prior to the arrival date of service.

Responsibility Clause: Cape Cod Custom Tours, in common with other companies, acts only as an agent in arranging the various accommodations, sightseeing, restaurant and attraction reservations which are made available and therefore, assumes no responsibility or cannot be liable for delays of arrival or departure, theft, accidents, loss, damage or injury to person or property or for any condition beyond its control, or for loss or expense occasioned thereby. The right is reserved to make changes in printed itineraries as may be necessary. State and local taxes may increase without notice.
